• Organize your section and the mise en place.
• Responsible of cleaning the section
• Comply with the kitopi environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitor chiller temperature and checklist filling

Experiance

• Decent Communication in English
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Occupational Health Card
• Sea food experience

مطلوب شيف متخصص فى الماكولات البحرية للعمل فى دبي 

و يشترط الخبرة من سنتين الى خمس سنوات 

القدرة على التوجية و الادارة أتقان اللغة الانجليزية
الحصول على شهادة صحية
الحصول على رخصة مزاولة مهنة
• متخصص فى طهي المأكولات البحرية

أن يكون لة سابقة أعمال  فى الفنادق الكبري
